Magnesium oil - simply spray onto areas of muscular discomfort and massage in. Our oil simply contains magnesium chloride and pure water. It is strong so you only need a little and a little goes a long way. We recommend spraying onto sore areas before sleep and first thing in the morning. If itchiness occurs spray onto damp skin for the first week or until itchiness disappears. Itchiness may be a sign of magnesium deficiency.

In a clinical massage setting I spray magnesium oil directly onto the area my client is having muscular discomfort. I massage in and THEN apply my usual massage waxes or oil. Applying straight into the area of pain means that they get a direct trans-dermal infusion of magnesium right where it is needed. This helps relax the muscles. I also recommend my clients spray magnesium oil under their feet at night if they are having trouble sleeping or have plantar fasciitis, restless leg syndrome or Achilles pain from standing all day.
